This will allow me to provide you with an estimate on the work which you require much faster. Please try to answer the questions asked in this document as best you can.

Once the required information has been received from you, I will then be able to provide you with a precise quote, or talk in more detail about your photoshoot.

This document will also allow you to understand me. It will give you an idea of how I charge for my work, what are generally my set of deliverables for a photoshoot, the support I will give during the photoshoot and the support that is expected from you.

It includes my time, skill sets, knowledge, education, amortization of basic equipment, personal and project overhead and my profit.

It includes rental fee for any special equipment above and beyond the basic equipment.

Fees & costs for downloading, basic editing, transfer onto a CD or any other media.

Fee for my time doing editing & image manipulation beyond a standard effort for special requirements – charged only if applicable.

For large & complex projects, it is common to charge contingency fee of 10 to 15%. It is subtracted from final invoice if its unused.

Based on client’s intended use for the delivered images. Generally, not applicable for small projects
